There is no single formula for success that defines everything for digital success. The variables are diverse and need to be individually evaluated for each company. The goal is to know where a company stands digitally and to understand there needs. This state determines the success or failure of the digitalization process and subsequent steps.
We use our expertise to identify the company’s problem areas and focus areas. With the 123C Maturity Model, we determine the current status quo of digital maturity. This 360-degree-transparency extends to the company’s core digital disciplines and serves as the starting point on the digital transformation map. In addition to the analysis, in depth interviews are conducted to perform a health check of current transformation project and identify possible pain points. Together with the client, we identify the problems and discuss initial strategic approaches for optimization. Strategic goals are identified and topic priorities are set.
Digital output: Upon completion of this project phase, the company receives an objective status quo report on its digital maturity, as well as an evaluation of current digital transformation and projects.

The holistic view of the company provides the first building block towards increased digitization. Within the scope of visual representation, we succeed in identifying those adjusting screws that promote the further development of corporate processes and bring them to the same level for all participants. The digital map is designed together with the client during two iterative workshops. It provides a uniform view of the digital situation of the company.
The map creates digital transparency and enables the recognition of interfaces, dependencies and problem areas with regard to the customer, product or company journey. Based on the comprehensive representation provided by the digital map, we determine the quick wins together with the customer and develop optimization approaches to achieve strategic goals. We create clear structures, contribute to pain point optimization and create an optimal roadmap towards operationalization. The digital map replaces entrepreneurial sensitivities. What matters is a clear view of the essential strategies in the digitization of companies, which must take hold in operationalization.
Digital Output: The company receives a comprehensive digital process map including dependencies, interfaces and problem areas. A strategic roadmap for optimizing digital maturity is designed and provided.

What is the goal? Operationalization with the delivery of a comprehensive playbook
We use the strategic playbook to bring together the key elements of the digital maturity level, the digital map and the roadmap. The strategic objectives and KPI’s are derived and defined, then fixed in a professional project plan with a focus on overall success. The definition and setup of the required digitalization projects, including world and topic packages, are the focus of the final phase. The responsibilities and resource planning create a clear picture for operationalization.
Digital output: The company receives a detailed implementation plan for a digital “Fit4Future”-company landscape. The physical handover of the digital toolbox with the maturity assessment and outlook on what is digitally possible. The digital map and operational playbook complete the digitalization package.
